The Power of Meditation


Whether it is caused by the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job, the trauma of divorce, or even the new responsibilities of a promotion, extreme stress can sap your energy and motivation and leave you feeling helpless. Fortunately, there are simple actions you can take - starting today - to reduce your stress and leave you feeling calm and in control.

Meditation is one of the best stress relievers I know of. And the more stress you are experiencing, the more meditation you need. This spiritual and psychological technique is 5,000 years old. It is taught, in one form or another, by all of the world's great religions. There is no debate, religions or scientific, about its value. And it is particularly helpful to anyone affected by extreme stress.

Meditation quiets the mind, lower blood pressure, rests and calms the body, and expands your ability to solve problems creativity. It also enhances and speeds spiritual growth. All of these benefits will help you survive and even transfor your difficult life situation.

To meditate, sit in a comfortable chair in a quiet room. Both feet on the floor. Hands in your lap. Close your eyes. Breath deeply three times and then normally. Repeat (in your mind), "Peace be with me". Your mind will wander. Simply bring it back by repeating "Peace be with me".

Try it. Do this for 20 minutes once a day. Thwice a day is better. Make the time. It may be the best thing you do all day.

You can acquire the Power Mind







Once you have decided to develop your Visualization skills, you can follow these below steps which will help anyone who is new to Power of Creative Visualization.

Step 1 : Choose a quiet place, which is free from all distraction, interruption or disturbance. This may be evenn inside the Bus, your office or in your own room. The idea is to select a quiet place is to be able to concentrate in any environment that you find is suitable. The preferred ideal time is either early morning or before going to bed.

Step 2 : Feel comfortable. Wear loose clothes, even you have to loosen your belt and tie.

Step 3 : Be Confortable. Either stand or sit in the selected place in a straight position. Do not blend your body. loosen your hands. Then RELAX! It will helps your blood ciculate efficiently.

Step 4 : Close your eyes. Now you can concentrate on your mental world. but make sure that you closed your eyes gently - not even squinching... Once you focus on your images, you can find that your eyes closely naturally.

Step 5 : Breath normally and listen on the breath rythm.

Step 6 : Now begin the process of Visualization. Create the key images of the subjects you have chosen. From the shape, add colour, build the sound, sense them! Focus on them. See them as sharply and clearly as you can with your mind's eye.

Step 7 : Put yourself in the images you have created. You must be inside the picture, so as to let your sub-conscious mind know that the image you see that leads to your goals is actually meant for you, and not for anyone else.

Step 8 : Feel the image that you have created. Now that you are inside the picture imagine yourself to be leading the time you see. Feel the environment. Watch how different it feels to lead a life that you had desired. Bring your images alive.

Step 9 : Experience the images with all your emotions. See! Hear! Smell! Feel how it feels to have achieved your goals. Let the excitement and happiness of success flow through you. Let the thrill of success build in you. Feel your success.

step 10 : Once you have experienced your images with emotion, let your mind go blank. If you hold on to your images for too long, the images might disappear due to over exposure. So let go of it.

Step 11 : Create a space in your mind to receive what you desire. Say to yourself that what you desire - like "I deserve to be healthy", "I deserve to be rich and famous". By doing this, you not only let your sub-conscious mind support the picture, you literally achieve your success.

Step 12 : Feel creative while creating the images. The more the images meet your specific needs, the more effective they will be.

Please remember that it is better to visualize 2 - 3 times per day for a shorter duration than to visualize a long stretch during the day. by doing like this, the quality of visuals remain fresh instead of becoming stale and pallid and draining all the energy out of you.

When you realease the image after the exercise, your mind will become free of the mind power you had activated. But your sub-conscious mind keeps on supporting the image you had seen. This help your goals and your dreams to be reality.
